1	Recalls advanced level knowledge in the field.
2	Explains the field knowledge to employees and colleagues.
3	Interprets and analyzes the data, defines the problems and proposes solutions by using gained field knowledge in his decisions, applications and behaviors.
4	Makes research and studies on the topics related with the field.
5	Takes responsibilities appropriate to the project goals as a project manager or a participant.
6	Defines goals and objectives for the institution.
7	Evaluates the gained knowledge and skills critically.
8	Demonstrates that he understood the sustainability of learning requirement.
9	Tells his ideas and suggestions related with the knowledge and skills he gained about his field to those concerned in written or spoken format.

11	Uses informatics and communication technologies accompanied with European Computer Driving Licence advanced level computer software required in the field.
12	Follows the knowledge in the field by using at least a foreign language in B1 level of Common European Framework and communicates with colleagues.

14	Analyzes the relationships of institution with the shareholders and manages effectively.
