Graduate Studies The Institute of Education was established by Presidential Decree No. 7477 dated August 3, 2023, published in the Official Gazette No. 32269 dated August 4, 2023.

Graduate education is carried out by four institutes: the former Institute of Educational Sciences, the Institute of Fine Arts, the Institute of Health Sciences, and the Institute of Social Sciences. Subsequently, the four institutes were closed, and the existing programs were transferred to the newly established institute. The Institute of Graduate Education continues to educate graduate students in a total of 185 programs through both on-campus and distance learning, with 68 departments and programs under its umbrella.
