The Primary Education Deparment has commence servicing from 1998-1999 academic year under the name of Elementary Education. The main aim of The Primary Education Department is to raise teachers, who are having national and universal worth, positive, creater, innovative, generative, having problem solving skills, flexible thinker, as well-versed and equipped as being fulfill the requirements of the age, in the undergraduate level for pre-school institutions and primary schools. In the department, there are The Preschool Education Program and Primary School Education Program. The programs mainly contains the lessons related with preschool and primary school teaching areas and teaching professional. The preservice teachers graduating from these programs service as teacher in preschool institutions and primary schools.
