LO-1 Explains the historical process, prominent masters, and aesthetic foundations of the art of Ebru. - - - - - - -
LO-2 Prepares traditional materials such as tragacanth (obtained from the tragacanth astragalus plant), ox-gall, earth pigments, destesenk (pigment crushing stone), and rosewood brushes, and utilizes them in accordance with traditional techniques. - - - - - - -
LO-3 Masterfully applies various Ebru techniques in a studio environment, primarily battal ebru (stone marbling) obtained by dropping pigments without touching the tray, alongside gelgit (tidal), taramalı (combed), hatip (preacher), and floral ebru techniques. - - - - - - -
LO-4 Produces original works by blending traditional Ebru motifs with the disciplines of universal design and color balance. - - - - - - -
LO-5 Analyzes the technical properties of Ebru papers to be used in book arts, antique binding repairs, and murakka (album) making, thereby providing a theoretical contribution to restoration processes. - - - - - - -
