Being able to evaluate different instructional design models in terms of purpose, process, and areas of use

Being able to select and apply digital visual content types and design principles in a manner appropriate to instructional purposes
Ability to create effective lesson and module designs for synchronous and asynchronous courses in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Ability to develop valid and reliable assessment tools for evaluating learner performance
Ability to analyse educational programmes and teaching processes using different programme evaluation models and provide recommendations for improvement
