Will be able to evaluate the emergence conditions of philosophy in the Islamic world and the thoughts of the first Islamic philosophers.
Will be able to evaluate the main problems of Islamic philosophy and the concepts it refers to through the main representatives of mature Islamic philosophy such as Razi, Farabi and Ibn Sina.
Will be able to evaluate comparatively the critical and polemical attitudes of advanced Islamic philosophers such as Ghazali and Ibn Rushd towards philosophy.
Will be able to explain the emergence of philosophy in the Ottoman Empire and the main Ottoman thinkers.
