Student will be able to determine the life of Hz. Muhammad, Rise of Islam and Periods of Mecca and Medina.
Student will be able to explain the general characteristics of Rashidun Caliphate within the scope of political history.
Student will have information about the First Islamic Conquests and transmission of Islam apart from Arabic World.
Student will be able to analyse the occurrence of political and intellectual disagreements and the process led to the foundation of Omayyads.
Student will learn the process of foundation of Ommayyads, transformation of caliphate into sultanate and political cases based on this.
Student will have information about the Conquest of Spain and Foundation of Andalusian Ommayad State.
Student will learn the struggle between Muslims and Christians and the end of the Islamic Dominance (reconquista).
