  • To be able to define the concept of SMEs, to have information about the importance of strategic financial management practices, especially the fact that SMEs are highly dependent on limited resources and are vulnerable to market fluctuations.
  • To have knowledge about the conceptual framework, strategic financial management, creation and implementation of financial strategies in order to ensure effective and efficient use of resources in SMEs
  • To have the ability to implement effective budgeting and financial planning processes in SMEs, to recognize the financing sources of SMEs and to select the appropriate ones
