Assessment methods and criteria The students are rated with one midterm and one final examination. Examinations are classic. Contribution of achievement note of end-of-period midterm is 40 %, final examination is 60 %.

Catalog Content The aim of the course is to introduce the global economic and financial system on the path of globalization. The course content is enriched with units that introduce relevant institutions, which are the building blocks of the global economic and monetary system. Another aim of the course is to make the student understand how the global economic and monetary system works. In this way, the student will be able to think about the interactions of the global economy with national and regional economies and interpret and analyze the causes and effects of current economic and financial events.
