In this course, we deal with the behavior of individual economic units. These units include consumers, workers, business firms-in fact, any individual that plays a role in the functioning of our economy. Microeconomics explains how and why these units make economic decisions. We will explore how these individual decisions affect the supply and demand for goods and services. The aim of the course is to provide students with a thorough understanding of the core concepts and methods of microeconomics. This course offers tools of microeconomic analysis with descriptions of the theory. |
