Catalog Content This course focuses on discussing theoretical knowledge through real-life cases selected from business and office environments. It aims to present situations encountered in Office Management and Secretarial fields, encouraging students to think critically, engage in discussions, and develop solutions. Students learn to generate solution proposals based on available information, defend their ideas, and formulate new perspectives when necessary. The course also covers identifying mistakes made by office personnel, discussing these issues, and developing appropriate solutions.
