The Fundamentals of Machine Learning course first covers basic concepts and data preprocessing steps. Classification using supervised learning algorithms and decision trees, regression analysis, and prediction techniques using logistic regression are taught. Performance is measured using model selection and evaluation metrics. In unsupervised learning, clustering and dimension reduction using PCA are demonstrated. Artificial and convolutional neural networks, deep learning, image processing, and natural language processing applications reinforce the concepts. |
