This course offers an application-focused digital production practice based on the fundamentals of art and design. Students develop their visual communication skills through digital drawing/illustration, color theory–composition, typography–graphic design, and digital photography/manipulation. They produce complex compositions using visual storytelling and aesthetic principles; they experience the process from concept to output in project-based work. At the end of the term, a curated digital art portfolio is prepared and presented. |
