This course concisely addresses gamification as a strategic design tool: fundamental concepts, user motivation, mechanical–dynamic–experience design; process management and impact measurement (metrics, A/B, cohort). Ethics–sustainability, feedback systems, current tools/platforms, and case studies are examined. Advanced techniques such as personalization and economics/balance are applied; the course concludes with a term project presentation. |
