Catalog Content The course aims to teach students the basic concepts of crisis and stress management. In crisis management, the importance of crises, their emergence periods, and the factors that lead businesses into crisis are addressed. Stress management focuses on the definition of stress, stress factors, and effective stress management. In addition, through content supported by case studies, students gain the necessary skills by learning about crisis and stress management practices in institutions and organizations.
