#	Field Qualifications
1	Develop and deepen his knowledge in the same or in a different field of proficiency level based on Bachelor level qualifications in excellence degree.
2	Describe the interdisciplinary interaction which the field is related to.
3	Have the skill to communicate the knowledge related to the field to employees and colleagues.
4	Have the skill to analyse, interpret and evaluate the knowledge related to the field systematically and analitically.
5	Have the skill of interpreting and analyzing the data, describing the problems, and suggesting resolution advisories in his/her decisions, practices and behavior by using the knowledge related to the field.
6	Conduct a study which requires specialty about subjects related to the field independently.
7	Take responsibility as a team member or project coordinator in accordance with projects objectives.
8	Set a vision, goal and objective for the organization.
9	Evaluate the gained knowledge and skills critically.
10	Translate his knowlege, skills, thoughts and recommendations related to the field to those concerned in written and orally.
11	Communicate with peers studied in the field.
12	Communicate and discuss orally, in written and visually with peers by using a foreign language at least at a level of European Language Portfolio B2 General Level.
13	Use advanced informatics and communication technology skills with software knowledge required by the field for data entering and data analysis intensely.
14	Behave properly to organization, work and social ethic values.
15	Analyse and perform the relationship between organization and its stakeholders efficiently.
16	Provide original contribution to studies related to the field.
17	Have enough knowledge about the universality of social rights, social justice, quality and cultural values and environment protection, job security and health.
