#	Field Qualifications
1	Share the advanced knowledge acquired in the field and take part in teamwork
2	Use information technologies and communication technologies regarding to the research field and social work.
3	Create education for individuals, families and society by using advanced-acquired knowledge and skills of the field (Social Work)
4	Solve complex and unpredictable problems encountered in applications related to the field according to scientific data/evidence
5	Conduct an independet advanced level study in the field.
6	Plan and manage activities to improve the staff within the framework of a project.
7	Evaluate advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field critically
8	Develop positive attitudes towards lifelong learning.
9	Inform the relevant people and institutions on issues in the field.
10	Deliver the thoughts and suggestions for solutions to problems both orally and written on issues in the field.
11	Organize and implement projcets and activities with a sense of social responsibility for one's social environment.
12	Comply with social, scientific, cultural and ethical values related to the field during the phase of data collection, interpretation, and publicizing the results of the implementation.
13	Follow the information and communicate with colleagues in the related academic field through a foreign language.
