9	Communicates verbally and in writing by using a foreign language at B2 level of European Language Portfolio.
10	Uses the information and communication technologies at the level required by the field.
11	Collects, interprets, applies and announces data related to his / her field and observes scientific, cultural, artistic, social and ethical values and explains these values.
