#	Field Qualifications
1	Lists the concepts and institutions that are related to various legal discipline, and the relations between these institutions and concepts.
2	Has the awareness of legal regulations, decisions of the courts, their further development and scientific evaluations thereof.
3	Lists the problems enountered in the legal practice
4	Solves the problems encountered in legal practice considering the text of legal regulations, judicial decisions and scientific ressources
5	Takes responsibilities, individually and as a member of a team to resolve complicated and unforeseen problems in legal practice
6	Plans and guides the activities aimed at development of individuals working under his/her responsibility.
7	Develops a positive attitude towards life long learning.
8	Plans and implements professional project and activities for his/her social environment with the awareness of social responsibility.
9	Uses IT technologies, that the area of law requires, on a minimum advanced level of European Computer Driving Licence.
10	Defends and Protects The Republic of Turkey, which is, a democratic, secular and social state governed by the rule of law; bearing in mind the concepts of public peace, national solidarity and justice; respecting human rights; loyal to the nationalism of Atatürk.
11	Has the background to; settle the concrete issues, follow the legal regulations and take active role in judicial process.
