1	Have advanced knowledge in the field.
2	Communicate knowledge related to the feld to workers and colleagues.
3	Interpret and analyze data, identify problems and offer solutions by using the knowledge they have acquired in decisions, practices and behaviours.
4	Carry out research and studies in field-related topics.
5	Take responsibility as a project coordinator or team member in a project,
6	Designate objectives and goals for the organization/institution.
7	Make a critical evaluation of knowledge and skills acquired.
8	Demonstrate understanding of the need for lifelong learning.
9	Communicate their ideas based on basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field in written and oral form.
10	Communicates with stakeholders in the professional field.
11	Use computer software and communication and information technologies required in the field at the basic level, as defined by the European Computer Driving License.
12	Act according to the ethical values of the institution/organization, business and society.
13	Analyze their relationships with partners in the Organisation/Institution and sustain them effectively.
14	Have the ability to encourage innovations.
15	Think critically about the functioning of organization/institution.
