3	Has the knowledge of aesthetics and art that would lead to production.
4	Enlarges his/her knowledge, method and technique about his/her field.
5	Assemble his/her knowledge, method and technique of his/her field with the other disciplines.
6	Produces an art work on which creativity and high level of skills are displayed alone with his/her creativity and ability.
7	Interprets an art work which requires a high level of skills.
8	Organizes and leads the stages of art works and scientific works.
