| Occupational Profiles of Graduates

This program aims to educate technical employees equipped with basic knowledge about biological, ecological, genetic and systematic characteristics of medical and aromatic plants, gathering, culturing and protecting the medical and aromatic plants, analysing their chemical ingredients, their production and quality controls and their usage and ethics.

Graduates will be able to work in corporations which import and export medical plants, in laboratories which produce herbal drug, in sectors which gather and cultivate those plants, in sellers of medicinal herbs, in drugstores, aromatheraphy centers, perfumeries and in the cosmetic industry. They can be also employed related departments of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Forestry, in forensic medicine laboratories which is interested in narcotics and smuggling of herbal compounds and in duty controls and in universities.

Moreover, graduates will be able to transfer to on-campus and distance undergraduate programs.
