| Profile of the Programme

Students are responsible for taking mandatory and elective courses and submitting a thesis based on their research. After the submission of their thesis to the Graduate Institute of Health Sciences, students must defend their research orally against a jury of three experts. For the Master of Science (M.Sc.) without Thesis, students must take courses and prepare graduation projects. After completing courses and graduation project with success, they must take a qualification exam against a jury of three experts. Students are usually required approximately two years to complete the Master of Science degree.Lecturers of Research Activities Department have 16 national 7 international reports presented at national and international meetings.Here are some titles of the researches done by the lecturers:Sprinters speed and Jumping Parameters Measurement,Water of Swimming Training on physical fitness and habituation in autism effects,Halliwick Swimming Training Program to get used to the autistic children's water effect,Playing offense and defence in 2nd division football team player comparison,Sports marketing in Turkish football,Production Strategies and teams in İstanbul,The attitudes of sports fans towards sporting goods ads, Sponsorship in sport organizations,Investigaton of the sponsors of the Turkish football team in World Cup 2002

International Cooperation-Facilities

Computer Labs:Students can take advantage of the computer lab activities.There are two computer labs which include 39 computers.All the computers have internet connection and have some useful applications that are required for the students' work.

Library:Students can take advantage of the main library in Yunus Emre Campus.Students can find many books ,magazines,electronic journals,and research base.Our school has a library, as well.

Gyms:Our school is situated on 4110 m2 of open space.It has 11 units in an indoor area and an outdoor soccer field with IAAFstandards.

Number of Classrooms: There are 32 seminar rooms,2 computer labs,50 computers, A Reading Room,1 Indoor Track and Field Hall:Tartan,long jump pool,olympic pole-vaulter cushion,pole-vaulter stand,high jump stand and starting blocks (1360 m2).Multi purpose sports hall.with syntetic ground where basketball,handball,volleyball and tennis can be played. (907 m2).Artistic Gymnastics Hall: hardwood floors, floor cushion,hoop,parallel bar, pull up,asymmetric parallel,pommel horse,vaulting horse,balance beam,trompoline,and stereos are placed there (417 m2). Rhytmic Gymnastics HalI; with hardwood floors,stereo,bar and mirrors.(357m2).Badminton Hall ; there are two badminton playgrounds on the synthetic ground (294m2).Folk dance and wrestling saloon:There are hardwood floors,stereo, mirrors,.72 wrestling mats(211 m2).Fencing Hall:There is a syntetic floor,and fencing materials.(70m2).Table tennis hall ; There is a syntetic floor and 4 ping pong bars (113 m2).Massage parlor; There is syntetic floor,massage table and equipments.(70 m2).Teams Center:There is a syntetic floor , tools and equipments.(203 m2) Squash hall:with hardwood floors (76m2).In the school, there is an auditorium,a common room,a meeting room, a canteen,41 administrative ofiices and .Cinder Track and a football pitch: There is 400 metres tartan athletics track which is IAAF approved and follows the International rules and a grass football pitch.In the school there are lecturers' offices, resting rooms for lecturers,41 administrative offices and a canteen for students.In Yunusemre Campus there are some clubs like students' clubs,cinema club,theatre club,sports club,etc.
