The primary objective of the Composition Program is to educate composers who will be able to take place in the international contemporary art music scene and to compose both instrumental and vocal music as well as electronic music. While doing so, the student will have both theoretical and creative-practical knowledge in historical art music, as well as will seek for experimentality and innovation. The students will be able to follow the recent artistic and technological innovation in their field and will have enough knowledge in the other art disciplines so that they will be able to create interdisciplinary art projects in cooperation with the other artists of their field.
