Executive assistants, who work in today's modern businesses, are gaining importance as a profession that supports the manager in all aspects of her organizational and managerial duties, fulfills her duties in her absence, creates the organizational image, acts as a team player, provides career and business planning, opinion leadership and relationship expertise. The purpose of the Office Management and Executive Assistant Program is to provide students with the knowledge and technology skills to fulfill the responsibilities expected of office managers and executive assistants in today's business world through courses offered over four semesters. Within the scope of the program, courses such as Time Management, Meeting Management, Social Behavior and Protocol are given and people are trained to provide the necessary support for the effective and efficient work of their managers. The target audience of the Office Management and Executive Assistant Program is individuals who plan to work as office staff and executive assistants in the offices of private, public and non-profit institutions.
