The Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations is an interdisciplinary field that includes many branches of social sciences. Graduates of the department can become experts in their own fields as well as having some general skills that they will need in today's rapidly changing world. Graduates can find employment opportunities especially in the personnel and human resources departments of the public and private sectors, as well as in other fields where faculty graduates work. They can be employed as inspectors or expert personnel in all public institutions, especially in the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.
