LO-2 Students will be able to define the legal concept of “refugee” in light of the 1951 Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, the 1967 Protocol, and national legislation. - - - - - - - - - -
LO-3 Students will be able to assess, with their legal bases, the differences between refugee, conditional refugee, subsidiary protection and temporary protection statuses. - - - - - - - - - -
LO-4 Students will be able to discuss the conditions for the acquisition and cessation of refugee status, as well as the grounds for exclusion from such status, in accordance with relevant international and domestic regulations. - - - - - - - - - -
