Week - 6	The craftsmanship of the Middle Byzantine period is examined.
Week - 7	Topics are assigned to the students.
Week - 8	Students submit their preliminary work on their chosen topics for discussion. They are expected to revise and expand their work for the following week in response to any errors or deficiencies noted.
Week - 9	Students present their improved work for discussion. Students who are guided toward new areas of research are expected to submit a further expanded version of their work in the following week.
