This course contributes to students’ ability to evaluate postmodern organization theories and digitalization processes from a critical and interdisciplinary perspective. Within the scope of the course, students gain the ability to analyze the effects of digital transformation on management, leadership, communication, and organizational structures; interpret current academic literature; discuss ethical and managerial issues; and develop strategic management approaches required in the digital age. Furthermore, the course supports students’ competencies in designing scientific research, academic thinking, and evaluating transformations in contemporary organizational structures. |
