# Learning Outcome
LO-1 Students taking this course; will know the place and importance of local governments in the national economy and evaluate the problems and solutions related to income and expense sharing relations within the local administrations and central government.
LO-2 Also, will examine the financial structure of local governments in some countries outside the Turkey, and will be able to discuss the financial problems of urbanization and metropolitan areas and their solutions.
