# Learning Outcome
LO-1 Will demonstrate knowledge of the normal biological and neurological components of the speech mechanism, and characteristics of speech and language for making a differential diagnosis.
LO-2 Will demonstrate knowledge of etiologies and characteristics of speech and language disorders
LO-3 Will demonstrate knowledge of appropriate formal and informal measures/procedures for the assessment of language, articulation, fluency, voice, resonance, cognitive and social aspects of communication, neurological, and swallowing disorders.
LO-4 Will demonstrate knowledge of how to use assessment results for start and end the treatment.
