The course will begin with the marketing information system and marketing research industry and the marketing research process. It will continue with the explanation of research design, secondary data, and qualitative research techniques. Following the survey method and questionnaire design, topics, sampling, and fieldwork will be covered. After covering the basic issues regarding data entry, editing and data analysis, it will end with the topic of research report writing. |
