The aim of this course is to provide students with an understanding of the complex and dynamic management environments faced in today's business world. Students will comprehend how businesses interact with internal and external factors and develop their ability to adapt to changing market conditions. In addition, they will learn current approaches to leadership, strategic management, innovation, multicultural business environments and sustainability, and gain successful and effective management skills. The course also aims to provide students with analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills. |
