By addressing the concept of accessibility, it teaches the design principles necessary for individuals with visual, hearing, physical, and mental disabilities to effectively use digital systems. Accessible information systems design is examined within the scope of the international standard WCAG. It also focuses on the fundamentals of user experience (UX), user-centered design processes, and research methods. Students experience stages such as idea development and prioritization, information architecture creation, prototyping, and wireframing. Topics covered include basic UI principles, the use of Figma, and mobile app and web interface design. |
