It provides hands-on instruction in the setup, design, and management of relational databases. Students experiment with DDL/DML, JOIN/subqueries/window functions, normalization, indexing, and query optimization. Transactions (ACID, isolation), backup–recovery, security–authorization, and monitoring–maintenance processes are covered. Finally, schema design, ORM integration, and basic cloud database usage are implemented for a small application. |
