This course focuses on planning and executing backend projects from start to finish: it covers the fundamentals of database design, API development (REST/GraphQL), security–authorization (OAuth2/JWT), data storage (SQL/NoSQL, caching), server management, and deployment (Docker/CI-CD). Students implement a sprint-based mini-project involving testing and quality assurance, monitoring–observability, and agile processes. |
