Aims of the Course The aim of this course is to convey human behavior in working life, the psychological processes of employees, and individual-organization interaction through both theoretical and applied dimensions. By examining fundamental concepts such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, motivation, job stress and burnout, psychological safety, leadership, ergonomics, and employee well-being, the course aims to provide students with the skills to analyze psychological mechanisms and develop solutions that will make the work environment human-centered, healthy, and productive.
