2	Comprehends and relates the interaction between the filed of public law with its sub-branches and the concepts, organizations and methods in the field of social sciences.
3	He uses the information he got in the field of public law and its sub-branches at a level of expertise in the analysis of subjects or matters regarding law theory and its implementing.
4	He evaluates and interprets the information he got in the field of public law and its sub-branches at a level of expertise with the information related to different disciplines and he creates new information in relation to these.
5	Analyzes the matters in the law concept and implementation by using the search methods special to the filed of law.
6	Independently carries out a study that requires expertise in the field of public law and its sub-branches.
7	Develops new and strategic approaches for the solutions of unpredictable and complicated issues in the field of public law and its sub-branches that require expertise. Also, he takes responsibility and produces solutions and leads studies related to this aim.
8	Critically evaluates the information and skills he got at a level of expertise in the field of public law and its sub-branches and directs his learning.
9	Systematically translates the information at a level of expertise he got in the field of public law and its sub-branches and the recent developments to the groups in his field and out of his field in a written way or orally.
10	Critically questions law concepts, organizations and settled law implementation, develops these when needed and attempts to make changes.
11	Uses at least one foreign language at the level of B2 of Europe Language Portfolio, follows the information in the field of law and communicates with his colleagues.
12	Uses computer software required by the field of Public Law besides informatics and communication at an advaced level.
13	Internalizes the process of acquisition of information related to public law and its sub-branches, implementing and assessing this information considering ethical values.
14	Develops the understanding of honesty, justice and ethic, which are the requirements of law and teaches these to people around him.
