#	Field Qualifications
1	Develop and deepen knowledge in the same or in a different field to the proficiency level based on Bachelor level qualifications.
2	Describe the interdisciplinary interaction which the field is related to.
3	Possess the ability to transfer the knowledge related to the field to employees and colleagues.
4	Analyze, interpret and evaluate the knowledge about the field systematically and analytically.
5	Have the skill of interpreting, analyzing the data, describing the problems, and suggesting resolution advisories in his/her decisions, practices and behavior by using the knowledge about the field.
6	Independently conduct studies that require proficiency in the field.
7	Take responsibility as a team member or project coordinator in accordance with projects objectives.
8	Set a vision, goal and objective for the organization.
9	Evaluate the gathered knowledge and skills critically.
10	Communicate his/her knowledge, thoughts and recommendations about the field by written and oral ways to those concerned.
11	Communicate with peers working for the field.
12	Ability to communicate and discuss orally, in written and visually with peers by using a foreign language at least at a level of European Language Portfolio B2 General Level.
13	Use advanced informatics and communication technology skills with software knowledge required by the field for data entering and data analysis.
