#	Field Qualifications
1	Have the required theoritical and applied qualifications in educational sciences at a bachelor degree and are able to improve these qualifications.
2	Promote interdisciplinary interaction within their field of study
3	Apply, enhance and broaden the theoretical and applied knowledge which they have acquired in their field of study at the specialist level
4	Produce new information by functionally combining the information in their field of study and the multidisciplinary information.
5	Suggest solutions to the problems which require expertise by using quantitative and qualitative scientific research methods
6	Fictionalize a problem in the field of study, develop solutions and solve ; evaluate the results and applies them when necessary
7	Develop new strategic approaches and develop solutions by taking responsibility in unforeseen complicated circumstances experienced in the practices of the field
8	Lead or actively engage in the teamwork related to their own field.
9	Evaluate the information related to their field of study critically and monitor learning
10	Carry out their studies within the framework of lifelong learning
11	Convey the developments in the field and their own studies to the groups in and out of their field of study through written, oral and visual presentations
