# Field Qualifications
1 possess theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks with updated information, practical equipment and other resources at the basic level based on qualifications gained in secondary education,
2 gain the skills required to transfer basic theoretical and practical knowledge they acquire in the field to further education in the same field or in another field at the same level,
3 interpret and evaluate data, define and analyze problems and produce evidence-based solutions, using basic knowledge and skills gained in the field,
4 conduct independently a basic study related to the field,
5 take responsibility as a team member in order to solve unexpected complex problems faced in the practices in the field,
6 conduct the activities carried out for the development of subordinates within a project,
7 evaluate the basic knowledge and skills acquired iin the field with a critical approach, and determine and respond to learning needs,
8 direct the education received to a higher education level in the same field or to an occupation at the same level,
9 gain awareness of lifelong learning,
10 communicate their ideas based on basic knowledge and skills related to the field through in written and oral form,
11 share ideas and solutions to problems related to the field with professionals and non-professionals,
12 follow the developments in the field and communicate with colleagues by using a foreign language at A2 level, as defined by the European Language Portfolio,
13 use information and communication technologies at least at the basic level of European Computer Driving License,
14 adhere to social, scientific, cultural and ethical values during the stages of gathering and use of data and release of results,
15 develop awareness of universality of social rights, social justice, quality, cultural values as well as environmental protection and occupational health and safety.
