#	Field Qualifications
1	are open to participate in programs that meet their learning needs,
2	have basic knowledge in the field,
3	use the knowledge related to business and management in their decisions, practices and behaviors,
4	Have basic foreign language competence (be able to understand the field related information and interact with colleagues) equivalent to A2 Level according to The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
5	Use the basic computer software, information and communication technologies required by the related field, equivalent to Basic Level according to the European Computer Driving Licence.
6	evaluate the acquired knowledge and skills critically,
7	Use the acquired knowledge related to the business and management over decision,application and behavior.
8	are inclined to help colleagues,
9	act according to the organizational, professional and social ethics,
10	are aware of global social rights, social justice, quality, cultural values, environmental protection, occupational health and safety,
