# Field Qualifications
1 have basic theoretical and practical knowledge in the field that builds upon their secondary education and is supported by textbooks, course materials and other resources presenting up-to-date information,
2 use their basic theoretical and practical knowledge in the field in a further level of education or in another field at the same level,
3 interpret and evaluate data, define problems, make analysis, develop solutions based on evidence using basic level knowledge and practices gained within the field,
4 manage a basic level study about the field independently,
5 take responsibility as a team member in order to solve unforeseen and complex problems encountered in practices about the field,
6 manage activities for the development of subordinates within a project,
7 evaluate critically the basic level knowledge and skills acquired in the field, and define and fulfil learning needs,
8 use their basic theoretical and practical knowledge in the field in a further level of education or in another field at the same level,
9 demonstrate awareness of lifelong learning,
10 communicate their ideas based on basic knowledge and skills acquired within the field in written and oral form,
