#	Field Qualifications
1	Has basic theoretical and practical knowledge in his field
2	Uses the knowledge acquired in his/her field at the advanced education level or in a field at the same level
3	Develops solutions to problems using the knowledge and skills acquired in his/her field.
4	Can independently conduct a basic level study related to the field
5	Takes responsibility as a team member to solve problems encountered in applications related to his/her field.
6	Conducts activities for the development of employees under his/her responsibility.
