#	Field Qualifications
1	Have advanced level of knowledge related to the field.
2	Have an ability to transfer information related to the field to other professionals and team members.
3	Do research and studies on issues related to the field.
4	Follow new developments and implement innovations in the field timely.
5	As project manager or participants take responsibility in accordance with the project’s goals.
6	Has the ability to interpret and analyze the data, define problems and propose solutions by using the information he/she has acquired about the field in his/her decisions, practices and behaviors.
7	Shows that he/she understands the continuity of the learning need.
8	Conveys his/her thoughts and suggestions at the level of knowledge and skill acquired in the field to the relevant people in written and oral form, and communicates effectively with the stakeholders.
9	Use information and communication technologies together with computer software required by the field at least at the advanced level of European Computer Driving License.
10	Follows the information in the field and communicates with colleagues by using a foreign language at least at the European Language Framework B1 General Level.
11	Behaves in accordance with organizational, corporate and social ethical values.
12	Analyzes the relations of the organization/institution with its stakeholders and executes them effectively.
13	Has skills to promote innovations.
14	Set goals and targets for the organization/institution, use critical thinking for organization/institution.
15	Has sufficient awareness and knowledge about the universality of social rights, social justice, quality and cultural values, environmental protection and occupational health and safety.
