#	Field Qualifications
1	to gain skills to use the theoretical and practical knowledge, which is known from the education, in a higher level of the field.
2	to interpret and evaluate data, define and analyze the problems in the field, and offer evidence-based solutions to these problems, using knowledge and skills acquired in the field.
3	to conduct a work independently related to the field.
4	to take responsibility in order to solve unexpected complex problems faced in practice.
5	to carry out activities for the personal improvement of the subordinates in the framework of a project.
6	to evaluate knowledge and abilities gained in the field with a critical approach, determine learning needs and fulfill these needs.
7	to use the educational background for a further level of education in the same field or for a profession at the same level.
8	to gain the awareness of lifelong learning.
9	express their ideas about knowledge and abilities, gained in the field, by means of written or oral communication,
10	to share ideas or suggestions for problems related to the field with experts or non-experts.
11	to follow information in the field and communicate with colleagues by using a foreign language at minimum A2 level of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
12	to have social, scientific and cultural ethics in the process of gathering and using data, and reporting the findings.
