1	Has advanced level of knowledge about his/her field.
2	Has the skill of conveying the knowledge about the field to his/her colleagues.
3	Has the skills of interpreting the data, analyzing it, depicting the problems, and offering solutions by using his or her knowledge about the field in his or her decision, application, and behavior.
4	Does research and conducts study on the topics related to his/her field.
5	Has the responsibility which is appropriate for the project aims as a project supervisor or participant.
6	Identifies aim for the organization/institution.
7	Evaluates the knowledge and the skills s/he has obtained critically.
8	Demonstrates that s/he has comprehended the continuity of the necessity of learning.
