1	Possesses advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
2	Applies acquired knowledge in decision-making, practice and behavior; interprets and analyzes data, identifies problems, and develops solutions.
3	Conducts independent research in field-related topics and takes an active role in projects as a coordinator or participant.
4	Critically evaluates acquired knowledge and skills; recognizes the need for continuous learning and is open to self-improvement.
5	Defines goals and objectives for an organization or institution and develops innovative approaches.
6	Communicates ideas, knowledge, and suggestions related to the field effectively in written and oral form to stakeholders.
7	Establishes effective communication with colleagues and team members and collaborates efficiently.
8	Uses at least one foreign language at the B1 level of the European Language Portfolio to follow developments in the field and communicate with peers.
9	Effectively uses information and communication technologies at a level required by the field.
