| Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading

The students who are attending prep class are given a midterm exam, some percent of which is composed of assessment like portfolio, project, oral presentation, and pop quizes.The midterm score constitutes 40 percent of the final grade.At the end of each term, the students take a foreign language test which has two parts.Those who get 60 (out of 100) from the first part have the right to take the second part. The second part of the exam is composed of a multiple choice test, speaking, and writing and is calculated as follows:Multiple choice test: 40 percent, Speaking: 30 percent, Writing: 30 percentThere is a minimum requirement of 70 (out of 100) from the second part of the exam, and the overall grade must be minimum 70 in order to pass the prep class.
