1	Ability to develop and deepen knowledge in the same or a different field to an expert level, based on undergraduate level qualifications.
2	Being able to understand the interdisciplinary interactions related to the field.
3	Ability to use theoretical and practical knowledge acquired at the expert level in the field.
4	Ability to interpret and create new knowledge by integrating knowledge acquired in the field with knowledge from different disciplines.
5	Ability to independently conduct a study requiring expertise in the field.
6	Being able to critically evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired at the expert level in the field and to direct his/her learning.
7	Ability to solve problems encountered in the field by using research methods.
